Road-STEAMer is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to comply with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and with the European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA requirements. This accessibility statement applies to all pages and content published on the Website https://www.road-steamer.eu/
Compliance status
Conformance Level: We have assessed the Website against EN 301 549 v3.2.1 (which references WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and aim to meet all criteria. The majority of our HTML content has been tested and verified to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA; however some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard yet.
Known exceptions & limitations: Certain legacy PDF reports and third-party widgets do not yet fully satisfy every success criterion. Specifically:
– Uploaded PDF resources may not provide fully accessible tagging or text equivalents for all images.
-Partners name on the partners list page will need heading size adjustment.
– Images in the list on the “Stay Informed” page may not provide fully accessible link/alternate text.
We are actively working to remediate these issues and expect full compliance by October 2025
