The Road-STEAMer project will participate at the Ecsite 2025 Conference, taking place at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw, Poland. Participants will acquire knowledge on practical tools, strategies, and best practices from experts in Open Schooling. The session will offer a dynamic space to exchange ideas, and advance impactful learning models.

In March, the consortium meeting of the the mAkE and DBB projects featured a workshop organised on the STE(A)M education approach and the Maker Pedagogy. In this context, Road-STEAMer contributed by providing some key initial project insights.

During the Learning Science Through Theatre event on 31 March 2024, Road-STEAMer organises a workshop aiming to engage teachers and stakeholders into a dialogue on effective STE(A)M approaches, suitable policy contexts, and real-life use-cases. Participate in the event and share your ideas!

In February 2024, Road-STEAMer contributed to the discussions at the the OTTER project's final event in Brussels, fostering collaborative innovation on STEAM education.

In January 2024, the Lisbon Council and Ecsite organised the 2024 Digital Skills Summit - exploring the critical dimension of digital skills in Europe and providing success stories and best practices to enhance computer literacy in early and secondary education. The event was organised under the banner of the European Year of Skills 2023.

30 trainee teachers participated in a workshop to explore the complexities of STEAM education. The goal was to encourage future educators to consider integrating a STEAM approach into their teaching practices. Read more!
