What Is the RCS?
Developed within the EU-funded Road-STEAMer project, the RCS is built on Decidim, an open-source platform designed for e-participation, transparent governance, and collaborative decision-making.
Originally created to support STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education, the RCS has the flexibility to serve a wide range of fields, including research and innovation, civic engagement, public policy and governance, cultural initiatives, community development
